Information on the processing of personal data collected upon registration to the Zone Nations service and its use (EU Regulation 2016/679 "GDPR")

Zone Nations as owner, elaborates, mainly using computerized means, the personal data provided with the registration to the Zone Nations service, consisting of the address and the e-mail name, if corresponding to the real name or in a form attributable to the real name , for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The password provided at the time of registration is not clearly visible in our system, but encrypted and its meaning cannot be inferred.

The collection of these data is aimed at providing the service with the consent given by the interested party. The personal data requested at the time of registration for the service are an email address and a username that can be real or a pseudonym. The system will add a universal unique identifier (UUID) to your account.
When you enter the virtual world, other data is collected or stored in our system.

Regarding the things you do, this is: how many times you stay in the virtual world, the places you visit, the objects you create and their information on licenses and copyrights, the messages you send to other avatars / accounts, notes and the scripts you write, your choices about friendship and the relationships in the virtual world and the groups you join.
About things that others do, this is: messages sent to you, invitation to a group, information on objects created by you, other notes, scripts, objects in which you are mentioned.
Information on the Internet connection and on the viewer you use: we collect and store for 30 days information on your IP, where it is located, on the viewer you use.
This information is used for technical reasons, for example the search for technical problems and the best service for you. We never use this information in profiling operations such as evaluating certain personal aspects related to an individual.

The username you have chosen (avatar's first and last name) will be visible to other users of the Zone Nations virtual world or to other virtual worlds managed by subjects other than Zone Nations, in case you went with your Zone Nations avatar to other virtual worlds, possibility allowed by 'hypergrid' technology. Your e-mail address will never be visible to others and will never be disclosed to third parties.

The processing of these personal data consists in its storage and use in the event of a request for support or request for a new password. If requested by interested parties, the e-mail address is used to communicate events or other types of information intended for users of the Zone Nations virtual world or which may be of interest in relation to it. This data is processed with the consent given by the interested party.
This data will be processed until the user asks for the cancellation of the account.

The data is processed exclusively by Zone Nations and never transferred to third parties or disseminated, except in cases specifically provided for by Italian or European Union legislation

The interested parties have the right to ask the data controller to access their personal data and to correct them, delete them or limit their processing or oppose their treatment (articles 15 and subsequent articles of the GDPR) and can do it automatically through the system preset in the user menu once you have entered the website.

IMPORTANT - IN CASE OF REQUEST TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT:

any object, program, landscape or resource created by you in the virtual world is protected by copyright in your favor. The system will assign you a unique identification number (UUID) associated with the name and surname of the avatar. This UUID is shown in every object you have created and identifies you as the creator of the object. The request to cancel your account involves the deletion of your e-mail address and password (elements able to link the object created to the real person), the name and surname of your avatar and your UUID. It will therefore no longer be possible for us to guarantee your copyrights on the resources created as they cannot be associated with a real person.
