Welcome to Zone Nations. Zone Nations offers its services under the following rules and social conventions of netiquette and the laws of our countries.
Zone Nations is based in Italy, therefore operates under Italian and European laws.
However, to avoid misunderstandings in some specific areas of virtual life, we need to highlight some rules of community life and some things that are not allowed in Zone Nations or are allowed only in particular circumstances.
You must accept these simple rules if you want to access our services, otherwise access to Zone Nations is not allowed.

FOR USERS
Zone Nations is a multi-user virtual world accessible through the Internet. You can access craft activities, under normal circumstances, by users over the age of 18.

The following is not permitted throughout the Grid:

Texts and actions that enhance racism and violence or that marginalize gender or sexual preferences.

Any form of harassment or defamation.

Any reference to child pornography (we warn you that we are obliged to report any content of child pornography to the Italian authority to legally prosecute this crime, even informing Interpol).

Griefing, anyway. Even the use of too many prim avatar attachments or the use of malicious scripts (such as automated prim replication, for example) are considered too painful.

Copybotting (copy without authorization elements created by other users).

Use an account name that is offensive or degrading.

Inform people about the identity of a person's real life or other personal data without their consent.

You must have appropriate behavior based on the degree of the region you are visiting.
in the regions evaluated PG:
- it is necessary to avoid violent violence (only slight violence is admitted without exalting it, for example: in a theatrical performance or in an educational context).
- you must avoid nudity.
- you must use the appropriate language.
- you must avoid illustrations and sexual acts.
- the ground agent can only be as above or more restrictive.

in the regions evaluated mature:
- you must avoid illustrations and explicit sexual acts.
- allowed nudity in the appropriate context.
- Avatars showing genitals are not allowed. Artistic and educational representation allowed.
- violence allowed in some contexts such as role-playing games, theater performances, educational events, historical reconstructions, etc. without outsourcing it.
- the ground agent can only be as above or more restrictive.

in adult regions:
- adult regions are islands located in an area of ​​the map far from the mature regions and PGs.
- Check the laws in your state to see if you can access regions with possible pornographic content at your age.
- allowed nudity.
- avatars showing the genitals allowed.
- Explicit sex and bdsm are allowed between consenting adults.
- Difficult role-playing games with scenes of violence and sexual content are permitted respecting the will of each person.
- child pornography and pedophilia will be prosecuted.
- the ground agent can only be as above or more restrictive.

For the inhabitants
Tenants who rent a region can consider them PG, mature or adult. If a region is classified as adult, it will be moved to the map in an area dedicated to adult content.
Payments must be on time. If we do not receive a payment, we will suspend a simulation 7 days after the expiration date. After 20 days without receiving a payment, the SIM will be closed.
We do not keep a backup of closed sims. After 20 days the tenant can order a new sim. If the tenant has a backup of the old sim, he can upload it to the region by providing the staff with the oar.
Tenants can sublet the land for money or for free.

FOR OWNERS OF SIM SIM AND DEDICATED SERVER
The owners of sims on their PC at home or on dedicated servers, joined to the grid must agree with the owners of Zone Nations a precise area in the map where they can put their regions. These sims can be public or private. As a contribution to the grid, the user with his own regions / servers can set a private simulation against a public simulation. These regions can be classified as mature or mature PGs.

For adult sims, owners must agree on a different area on the map with Zone Nations owners. The owner of these sims cannot sublease the land for money, but can give land for free.
The owners of sim computers and servers must comply with the above rules on the evaluation.

PRIVACY
Zone Nations adheres to privacy laws, all the data we receive from you is exactly what we need to perform the service or to meet the accounting requirements. The data concerning your e-mail address, your real life identity or other personal data will never be displayed, revealed, shared, rented or sold to anyone else. They can be disclosed only by court order. You have the right to ask us at any time the data we have about you, and how we use it, and also to delete your data. However, we cannot delete the data we have used for accounting purposes (for invoices), but we cannot use or process this data except for accounting purposes.

LIABILITY - DISCLAIMER
Zone Nations is based on Opensimulator, which is alpha (not yet stable) software. By entering Zone Nations you should know and agree that we cannot guarantee continuous and error-free service and that you do not intend to be entitled to refunds or other compensation based on service failure or loss of service data.

VOICE

The Free Voice Service is offered by. VIVOX internally the platform does not carry out any form of registration therefore we do not have any copy, nor can we trace any discussion carried out.

GRID ADMINISTRATORS CAN ACCESS PRIVATE SIMS
Grid administrators are obliged to moderate the content of the virtual world. Therefore, grid administrators have access to private regions, with full respect for discretion and privacy. Regions that do not allow network administrators access will be removed from the grid.
